Deck Description

(STILL WORKING ON SIDEBOARD)
The deck plays like it looks... drop creatures, enchant them, turn sideways and win.

Average damage dealt on turn 2 = 3
Average damage dealt on turn 3 = 5
Average turn swinging for game = 4/5

How to Play

Perfect play = Turn 3 Swinging for 20 damage.
Turn 1, Hoplite
Turn 2, Madcap Skills
Turn 3, Titan's Strength and Boros Charm

Normal play
Turn 1, Drop a dude
Turn 2, Drop another dude, enchant your dude, or save your enchant dudes
Turn 3, Repeat turn 2

Tip: Don't dump out your hand on one person if you are against control decks. If against aggro, go ahead because you should be able to outspeed them. Always make sure you have enough mana for God's Willing or Boros Charm later in the game because if you cant kill them by turn 5, the deck went too slow and you now have to play a lot more conservatively.

Deck discussion for Budget Boros Auras

i like the idea, but i'd switch out pit fight for soul tithe, its still a cheap card and it goes really well with how many enchantments ur running, also i would take out the non-enchantment creatures for a couple spears of heliod (really cheap rare) and immortal servitude, since all ur creatures will then be one drops, it will bring them all onto the field, and with spear of heliod, they will actually be threatening. and although u have a playset of red creatures, i'd put in brave the elements since it will still more than likely protect more than one creature and can potentially make them unblockable and four seems too much, i'd do two brave the elements and put in two fortifies, another really good common for this deck, it gives all creatures either +2/+0 or +0/+2 can either save ur creatures from an anger of the the gods considering u have a spear of heliod out, which is really the only board wipe you should b afraid of if u had immortal servitude, and can act as a finisher for the kill.

Immortal Servitude is on my mind with sideboard since Board Wipes are only in a few specific decks. Plus Boros Charm protects me from board wipes. Spear of Heliod is an so-so item because the whole point of this deck is speed and all spear does is give them an additional +1/+1 and personally it's just too slow for my deck. If I were to play it I would play it in my side board. The only non-enchantment creature I would take out (and I'm thinking about it) is Soldier of Pantheon because like stated in my description, Hoplite is the main threat of this deck. Brave the elements is a decent card but again, too slow and only in specific situations. Most of the time I'm just focusing on swinging with one creature and Gods Willing is enough protection for me. Soul Tithe is interesting and nice but the reason why I run Pit Fight is for force killing their threats. For instance, I have Hoplite on the field. lets say he's a 5/3 because he has Mad Cap Skills on him. I'm going against mono black devotion and they just dropped their Desecration Demon. They have another creature or two on the field, but they have at least 2 creatures to block my Hoplite. I decide to attack with Hoplite and in response to attacking before they declare blockers, I play Pit Fight, targeting my Hoplite and their Desecration Demon. Hoplite's Heroic is triggered, he's a 6/4, prevent all damage dealt to him this turn. He deals 6 damage to Desecration Demon and prevents Desecration Demon from damaging him, killing their Desecration demon AND hitting them for 6 damage. Shoot he doesnt have to be a 5/3 with Mad Caps to do this, he can be a 3/4 with Ethereal Armor or Rollicker on him. They block him with Desecration Demon. In response to declaring blockers, you Pit Fight. He deals 4 damage from Pit Fight, and 4 more damage from combat damage killing the Desecration Demon while keeping the Hoplite alive. Soul Tithe might be a great side board for Gods though, and maybe GR Monsters since GR Monsters play creatures with high mana cost. But like I said, it's slow for the initial point of the deck. Everything you have suggested are great ideas, they just slow down the deck and the first game is meant to be the fastest catching the opponent off-guard. Thanks for the suggestions though.

sounds like ur making a delver of secrets type deck, where u have an evasive creature as a threat and the rest of the deck revolves around protecting him. Also, now i see the interaction you have with pit fight, a rather nice trick. if you decide to gear it this way, i think you'll find it'll b a little more consistant, I havn't played with it so i wouldn't know for sure but i would assume that the enchantment creatures are kind of dead besides getting triggers off your hoplite (as a sorcery) and adding to your enchanment count for your ethereal armor, but if you dedicate your deck on just getting your hoplite in and his interactions it may have more synergy. My suggestions for this would be adding mutavaults, in the case that hard removal deals with your hoplites, replacing your enchantment creatures with some removal such as chain to the rocks, mizzium mortars, arelia's fury and maybe warleader's helix. these will allow you the turns to either get your hoplite or set him up to be win condition. silence in the sideboard might prove to be effective as well. Shiv's embrace I would recomend as well to give your carrier a little more evasiveness in the case you don't get a madcap skills, and the added firebreathing will be amazing. But yes, i would take out the enchantment creatures for this build i'm recomending, the soldiers might want to be kept in, just because as a control player myself, they are rather difficult to deal with. Ajani Caller of the Pride might be good with this concept as well.

If you take out everything that you said, then you change the whole deck AND you will have a turn 5 or turn 6 win at best, averaging at turn 8 or turn 10. Just too slow (and if you add mutavaults, you just made a budget deck into a non budget one).
