Deck Description

I've been waiting for an opportunity to troll like this for some time...

Also, please let me know of its weaknesses in standard, however obvious they may be, as I would like this deck to be a serious threatand less of a novelty.

***keep in mind that the ONLY expensive cards in this deck is the play set of THOUGHTSEIZE and WASTE NOT***

How to Play

Use fate unraveler to ping them, and combo that with whispering madness to refresh your burnt out hand and deal massive amounts of life loss, and shrieking affliction can also run them slowly into the ground. Bounce cards make a strange form of removal that goes with the deck, too. Of course, you will always be giving the cards in their hand a colonoscopy every time you resolve a spell, but that's pretty given....

Deck discussion for Look ma! no hand!

Too bad this is not grixis colors. Then you could play sire of insanity. Something you could look into for sideboard perhaps is reap intellect. Cool deck though.

Since you only have eight creatures in here, cipher isn't as important. Id say drop two whispering madness and add two ashioks. Ashioks first ability allows you to exile/mill opponents top three cards, second ability is using their exiled creatures against them and ulti exiles their hand and grave. Also, if your mana curve allows it, you should look into reap intellect.

I really don't have whispering madness in here for cipher though. While it can be ciphered, it mainly just draws cards for me and cycles their deck into their graveyard, while keeping the deck from running out of things to discard. Ashiok is cool, but he(as weird as it is, WOTC says he's a dude) seems a little off the point. I'll try it out sometime.

By the way, Reap Intellect is fairly powerful when combined with Dictate and Whispering Madness (each played on different turns, respectively) and especially Master of the Feast. The deck seems to run fairly smooth.

The expense is my problem. I'll just cram it in the sideboard for now, it IS pretty good either way.

I suppose, I'll try getting my hands on some soon. They should be pretty cheap now. Also, I've decided to add a few Disciple of Deceits , because I can set up my control setting by dropping, say a Duress for a Shrieking Affliction, or say a Fate Unraveler for a Whispering Madness.
