Okay thanks for clarifying the difference. I will stick with Path to Exile. Oh and haha I wasn't intending on getting all the cards in the deck :P Mostly I am gonna proxy it. Btw Granflux, I added an extra boros in compliance to your version of my instants, but also kept the Azorious charm. I decided to move dawn charm to sideboard. Am I good with removal now guys?

I see, so about this Path to Exile, what about swords to plowshares? I was on gatherer reading the discussion on Path to Exile and stumbled upon it.

True, lifegain isn't something by itself to look at, thats why I have things in the deck like Felidar sovreign, Souls of the Fautless, Walls, Exploding wall of limbs, and various enchantments that help turn my lifegain into a lifeloss for the opponent. I sure hope they do swing their creatures (unless they are some sort of op creatures) I would love to have my blockers block. Only thing is I need to stabilize this deck so hopefully it does exactly what I intend it to.

Above all, I want to dabble in this lifegain business because it seems fun and slightly challenging with the indirect attack method I am trying to get it made through. I know my cousin had one that was able to wreck some havoc at FNM, though his was G/W and attacking was involved, and that made me wanna try out my very own.

I appreciate your concern however, I will keep it in mind if my deck doesn't cut it for me

I most likely would remove brave the elements to fit them in

Oh and if you have any mana cheap removal/ counterspells that makes sense here, please do suggest it. Flashback huh? I'll give that a look too

Alrighty, I see where you are going with this. I removed the dragonbell monk, and the Djin dude is neat, however he doesn't benefit from the Coat of Arms or Cavern of souls because his creature type is djin, not human, but I will think about this. And you are correct about the removal/counters, I will look at that in depth as soon as I can. Thanks for the review!

I kinda got shocked at the price of my deck, untill I realized that the cost of the monastery mentor skyrocketed. What's up with that?

Update: Most of the deck is in place. Now I just need to find the right ammounts of what to have. This deck has become a passive W/B (no attack) lifegain deck of seeming potential. Please do check it out and all appliable reccomendations are welcome. My biggest problem is finding Auras that can easily tap my inspire creatures for effects that benefit the theme. (All I have now is Ephara's radiance)

Interesting, I never knew that spells with cost X have a flexible CMC. I always assumed that the CMC of a X mana card was assumed to be at its lowest. Now I can see the potency behind that card

Thank you Granflux for inviting me here and thank you to the group for operating this good deed!

My page: http://www.mtgvault.com/amberoth/

Format: Casual, Singleplayer, and Multiplayer decks

My resume: Magic player for about three years. My cousin from Russia who is also on this site introduced this game to me. I started with a mono green deck and am now dabbling in broader kinds of decks. I value constructive criticism and am equally as willing to issue it out when I may, if it should benefit someone in the process of creation.

Hmm, nice. I like the Phyrexian theme here, and the Norn's Annex card seems pretty legit. Also I love that rage extractor touch! It seems like a deck with decent potential

Ah, most are private because they are yet in progress. I hope to finish them soon though

Cool Deck :) I don't tend to see too many great aggro decks, but this one I like. I like the use of elementals
