Wrenn and Six are here to ramp shit up. Then tear down everything as they do so, Harrow builds you up towards a gigantic stack of land which will inevitably burn people to death with Valakut if you can draw one or fetch one out (scapeshift, hour of promise, crop rotation, realms uncharted) if you need to play the control role and kill the board over and over. Of course a good old fashioned beat down is a way to win too and Omnath, Undergrowth Champion, Baloth Woodcrasher, or Ulamog can do that just fine.
Wrenn and Six +1 is your best friend, harrow is a close ally. Use each as often as possible, with Harrow being reserved as an EOT so you've got mana up for other needs like direct burn or removal.
