Lol, that's what Psychic spiral is for, but that's not a bad idea.
I think you should kill index, and add divination for some real draw.Or add Rhystic Study, it might not be standard, but it would win you games.

Mill never works unless your playing modern and running black for effective removal. I play Grixis Control at FNM and I mill myself and have been attempted to be milled at the same time and I still win. Mill is too slow.
The problem with psychic spiral, is unless you're playing against a mill deck, you will only mill them about ten cards, twenty at the most. And that's not a win condition.
Not really trying to win quickly, this deck is more about pissing people off.
Again, if you buy this deck, remember the troll face card sleeves.

Well, unless you are milling them, that won't happen very often, about 40% of the time with this deck. If you have Stormtide Leviathan, you can have something to win the other 60% percent.

I think your problem, is that in the first couple of terms, you won't get the spells you need to deal with your opponents, and you will get killed by a creature that slips into your defenses.
Oh, and if you play esper, you have access to lots more win conditions, like Nephalia Drownyard.Now you are limited to Stormtide Leviathan, and maybe Aetherling.
sorry to be that guy, but this inst going to work. any decent agro deck will poop on this. and what happens when you do finally get stormtide out, and then it gets destroyed, or exiled or any number of things that most likely would happen to it. If your answer is to counter the spell that kills it, then good luck surviving until you have 10 islands, and having an extra counterspell in hand. Its just a bad idea. If your going to counter everything, id look for a better win, presumably a cheaper one.
What do you do agianst Cavern of Souls?
