This deck primarily focuses on building a steady board presence and dealing a whole lot of points of damage in one turn. It keys in on blue for slight control and Geist. It keys in on white for the Restoration Angels, Aurelia, and Firemane Avenger. It keys in on red also for Aurelia, but mostly for slight control and burn to steadily decrease the opponents total until complete.The Feeling of Dread is a excellent early card to hold off mono colored aggro decks as well as make room for the RWB creatures to go unblocked.Also, the Volcanic Strength will replace Izzet Charm in game 2 if the opponent is running a mountain (Remember: Mountains are also, Sacred Foundry, Blood Crypt, Steam Vents, Stomping Grounds). This fact allows for, per se, Geist of Saint Traft to be hexproof and unblockable. (4 damage unblockable puts the opponent on a short clock).Furthermore, the Boros charm allows for board wipe protection and a way to end the game extremely quickly, (Double Strike or 4 damage).
Play slow in the beginning turns, use the charms to gain card advantage/hold off defenders/counter non-creature spells. Turn 3/4, play Geist, Turn 5+ Play Thundermaw, Restoration angel and blink Thundermaw at EOT. Swing for lethal quickly, and DO NOT over extend.
