The mechanic of this deck is to get [[steel overseer]] to place counters on the other creatures and then proliferate proliferate...proliferation also gives charge counters to [[lux cannon]], [[titan forge]], [[everflowing chalice]] (to use for [[Memnarch]]),[[unwinding clock]] gives the ability to add charge counters to these artifacts and proliferate every turn to use the artifacts over and over.
