My take on the Return to Ravnica Azorius deck

Quite a nice build, but there are some changes I'd make here. Firstly, Avacyn and Angel of Serenity seem too expensive to see play. Would sooner hit an entreat the angels. I'd also add in another index, and cyclonic rift, and another temporal mastery, and play miracle heavy. I would take out all the snapcasters, since there is a lot of GY hate this time around. Would also add in another 2 supreme verdicts - this card is amazing, and will get you out of many a sticky situation, and since your build is light on creatures, will work very well. I would also think about removing some of the o-rings in favor of more dissipates. O-ring is great, but doesn't give the same versatility as a well placed counter spell. I'm not sure on Tamiyo for 5 CMC, since it can essentially stop 1 permanent with the +1, and doesn't seem worth it to me.
