Thank you for not smashing a bunch of singletons together and calling it a deck. But other than that, its a pretty cool deck.

Also, how 'bout some land 4 rakdos carnarium 4 izzet boilerworks 4 dimir aquaducts
To get some more ideas, go to a website like magiccards.info and click the random card until you find an interesting one. Then try to build a deck around it.
Also, disenchant.
It looks much better. Now you just need to work on your side board. A side board can have up to 15 cards, which you can "side in" that is to say exchange cards from your sideboard with cards in your main deck. The point of it is to cover a weakness that your deck may have when its running in its best form. So if someone was playing a deck based around this weakness, you can try to cover that weakness. The cards in the side board should still follow the same game mechanic (yours being life gain) as the rest of your deck. May I suggest for your side board, Serra ascendant Other 1 cost creatures Some type of control spell. (A spell that will help you control the opponents field- oblivion ring is an example of thus)
Why so many singletons? If you're trying to hit hard, fast, you should use green's unmatched ability to land ramp. But you need to concentrate your deck a lil' bit. Cut the deadweight, it'll improve the speed of your deck. Also, why aren't you using elite vanguard, champion of the parish, or mirran crusader?
I can't wait for the M13 drop, I'm hoping they also bring back captivating. That would make my day.
I hope I helped, have fun.
Here's how I would edit this deck: I would sideboard the angel's feather and increase the number of them to 3, Do the same for divine offering. They're very conditional, yes angel's feather gives you 1 life whenever you cast a white spell, but that really isn't much. Instead of angelic wall, use wall of reverance. Get rid of fiend hunter, he doesn't flow with the deck. Remove cathedral sanctifier, use soul warden instead. Get rid of sejiri refuge, it comes in tapped which will slow you down. Remove pride guardian, put in ajani's pridemates instead. (This combos extremely well with wall of reverance.) Here's some other cards to consider: Ajani's mantra Felidar sovereign Boon reflection
You're going to want to thin this deck down to 60, because it becomes more consistant and you can get the card you need more often. You're mana curve is alright, but normally you want to have a higher number of low end mana cost cards, because you can play them at any point in the game. A high mana cost card can, usually, only be played near the end. The fact that you didn't just smash a bunch of single cards together is great. You usually don't want to have single cards in the deck unless you have a way to pull them from you're deck an into you're hand or battlefield.
When I see someone who is on the new decks list 4 or 5 times, it makes me think that you aren't putting any thought into the actual deck.
I would change the blue for white. That'll open the door for great golem cards like master splicer.
It good to finally see someone who knows how to build a deck that isnt just 40 singletons and 20 land.
Way too many cards. Sideboard some of them.
I like the idea, but I feel it could be done so much better. Why are the so many singletons. Why only one Ur-golem's eye? Sol ring is so much better. clockwork dragon is OK but there are so many better cards. Change the cancel for a counterspell. Wheel of torture doesn't really flow with this deck.
More student of warfare. Maybe 2-3 i hate seeing singletons of cards like that.
I see what you mean. Got rid of the lieges. Added some sigil blessing instead, it will work much better.
Trample? For omnath.
I can't find any synergy between the cards.
Why are the evolving wilds in this deck? The only reason I can think of is card advantage...
