i have finally run out of ideas for building decks, so i was hoping the community on here could help me out and build one for me please only post one card and the number of thanks in advance NEED LOW COSTS!!!!!

How about doom blades. always needed in a black deck. Also, if you are going to add red, try agonizing demise both X4. Agonizing not only kills an opponent's creature (for 4 mana :( unfortunately) but for an extra 2 it deals damage to that person as well.
hmmm, what would you say would be a better fit? cause go for the throat fits that category too

To get some more ideas, go to a website like magiccards.info and click the random card until you find an interesting one. Then try to build a deck around it.
Also, how 'bout some land 4 rakdos carnarium 4 izzet boilerworks 4 dimir aquaducts

personaly, instead of the mine, y not something like evolving wilds ( its cheap) and i would drop some of the bounce lands for some more basic lands. they r handy but not when u cant play a land : / i would also think sign in blood and skullscortch could come out for something like ponder. i would also drop 1 prince, and one decree for either 2 more mana, some draw or some counter spells. could even drop 1 tutor as well. sphere of the suns would really really help out here. and u have room for 4 already.
1 Brainstorm, 1 Ponder, 1 Sol Ring, it will keep the deck vintage legal, unless you're leaning towards Legacy, then just 3 brainstorm and 1 sol ring to finish it off

lol i just hit a wall, figured this would give me some ideas, plus FNM decks are giving me new ones too, so i probably won't post another one of these for a good long while
The more I stare at this deck, the more I realize how unstructured it is and how much less likely it'll do anything viable for winning. While seething song and dark ritual are staples of mana ramp, the deck's main win condition so far has to be Nicol Bolas or Prince of Thralls, in order to get them out faster i'd recommend Urza's Filter, it's a great mana reducer for both cards. I'd also drop two swamps and add two Crumbling Necropolis for added mana fixing. Tsabo's Decree should be sideboarded as well as adding Extinction to the sideboard. They are too tribal dependant on working well for you. You're playing with big creatures mostly, so i'd go with black sun's zenith to make up for a board clearer. Skullscorch is a long time favorite of mine, but Hymn to Tourach work's SO MUCH BETTER. Or for flavor, go with Blightning, players choice on that one. Lastly... for now, why not drop one diabolic tutor and put liliana vess in, for one extra mana you could potentially get two tutors out of her... or more.

I recommend removing 3 diabolic tutor in favor of 3 mana leak.
I have also ran out of ideas for standard decks until M13 comes out... :) ... I think this deck should be standard, since it's almost legal... about 9 cards ain' standard-legal in it... Some "Killing Wave"-s would be nice to have even more mass destruction in this1, since the deck doesn't contain much creatures... May be 3 of it....
i like it more towards legacy, cause that's what i play more, but what should be taken out for killing wave?
