I hate blue, the main idea of playing blue, is saying no you can't play that.

I think that this is a rather hilarious deck, i myself am also not a big fan of blue, i find it to be the most annoying color to play against. I wish i had this deck to use against one of my friends (the only color he uses is blue).

Also, I would like to add that you have no green mana, so you can't play tsunami, the Nacatl, Ambush Viper, Great Sable Stag, or Choke.
Heh I made an anti-blue deck my self back in 2000 based around Scragnoth :D Today most of my decks are blue or contains blue =P
Look at Cyroclasm. It's pretty good for this deck.
Also Reign of Chaos.
Also, boil is the same thing as boiling seas. Might want to go half and half on that just for the little bit more defense against extraction.
