It helps owning them already. I think they will be going into my Populate deck though. It behaves better than this one.

Some suggestions:
Quest for the Nihil Stone
The Rack
Nyxathid

Discard is one of my favorite mechanics. Here is a bit of a more up to date take if you are interested:

Took the advice on both. I like the versatility of sigil of sleep, especially since I have other card-draw and I think the extra (1) mana cost can be justified for the Fireshrieker over the Flail.

Thanks for the help!

You know what. I kind of like this one the way it is. Its refreshing to see a deck that casual people will buy. Why drop $4 on a booster when you can have a full deck for a third of the cost. Have you had the chance to play test against any other decks outside of that mono-green infect?

Took your advice. I knew that I needed some removal somewhere but didn't wanna let go of anything. The populate perk of the Druid's deliverance made it an appealing card but the lack of a good way to mess up an opponent's flow would be this deck's undoing.

Thanks for the help!

Voltaic Key only really helps directly with the overseer. It would compete for Mana with the prototype portal and be almost never used with the throne. Keeping one creature untapped is nice, but I would hope that I have balanced this well enough to be using all my mana for creature drops each turn. I did briefly consider the benefits of an Unwinding Clock. I thought it would be too mana heavy though.

You know, I wanted to avoid sacrificing my creatures as a mechanic because then there are fewer that reap the benefits of the overseer and proliferate. Sacrificing also poses a problem when it comes to low creature count games where sacrificing an artifact may conflict with Etched champions Metalcraft. It does provide a bit more flexibility though and I can see situations arising where I could use the sacrifice effectively. I took out thrummingbird to make room there as it is a great proliferate in the early game, but it would compete with my other 2drops. Also it wasn't an artifact and would not synergize with Throne/Overseer/Champion.

Speaking of Champion, I had initially passed up Etched Champion because he cost a bit much for my typical budget deck, but then I remembered I wasn't sticking to $10 for this deck. Instead of dropping the crusher though, which has a very decent +1/+1 ability, I dropped the Arcbound Fiends. They were too mana costly and they were effectively a less useful substitute for Etched Champion.

I decided to keep with the counterpart, at the expense of steady progress. I see this as a more well rounded move because:
A. More artifacts for Throne/Overseer/Champion
B. Can be a second Overseer/Champion
and
C. Can aid if I have creature drought, where as steady progress is only as useful as the number of Creatures with +1/+1. Now that I only have 16 arcbounds, the probability that I can effectively proliferate, drops.

Overall though, those were fantastic recommendations. Thanks for the help!

I like where you went with it, but nothing that was there really brought much different to my deck. I unfortunately cant afford beastly cards such as doubling season. Did you have something specific from your deck that would work well here?

You may benefit from Khlani Heart Expiditions. After they get three counters they function as a double landfall whenever you need it. Also Evolving wilds and Terramorphic expanse can count as 2. 1 as you play and a second as you sack it and pull out another land.

Here is what is my landfall if you care what Blue/Green can do.

With your main effort being to empty your opponents hand. Cards like "Quest for the Nihil Stone" and "Nyxathid" are going to be your best friend. Swapping the totem for the latter seems a good bet. "Cry of Contrition" is also going to play well in this especially with your kill cards.

This is what I currently run if you are interested: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=317336

I do a similar combo in this deck if your interested:

Sovereigns of Lost Alara and Arcanum wings may be good pieces for this. The latter being able to drop a turn 3 eldrazi conscription. I can't comment as to if that keeps it in the format you want though. I play causal and don't keep up on the formats anymore.

You are likely going to want to do away with Draco and arachnoid cards as they the latter is way too costly for it worth and the former due extremely low chance you have of getting a variety of basic land types (a 1/30 chance for each color)

Also, if budget is no problem then I suggest you run a 12post as opposed to the Urzatron. Or even along side it at the cost of your basic lands.

May wanna go with Sakura-Tribe scouts instead of the elvish pioneer. Same cost but multi-use... Only drawback is you can't use it first turn.

I liked this deck well enough to build my own variant and wanted to give you props for the ideas. Thanks for the inspiration!

Vanishing is a static ability from what I've heard. Not a triggered ability. I wish this would work as it would be totally awesome but as it is, I don't think it does.

I would opt out of the 0 cost artifacts and go for a 1 or 2 cost variant that may defend you better. You have to wait till at minimum turn three to get out any power players anyway. may as well make use of the time you have leading up to it.

I appreciate it so much when people explain their decks in the description. It saves so much time figuring out combos. Personally, I don't feel you should need the Righteousness cards especially if your goal is to lock down your opponents ability to attack with magus of the moat. I would add 2 more of him to increase your odds. Maybe some Holy Days somewhere to buy you time in the early game. 2 more lands. And get rid of charmed griffin. His negative makes more issues that he is worth. You also may need some lategame. An enchantment to boost attack or the like may work well. Otherwise I like where you are goin with this. I have a weakness for theme decks and I cant say I have seen it done with griffins before this.
