The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Just a little somethin somethin I whipped up on a whim. It uses a whole mess of combos via charge counters so there is no unified strategy. Ramping up 'Everflowing Chalices' and throwing down 'Contagion Engine' ASAP is pretty much a staple for whatever you are doing though. Prototype portal is also really mean with a 'Energy Chamber' or a 'Core Tapper'. Of course, these are instant targets for removal but what are ya gonna do. There are a whole mess of fun cards that could find play in this deck and it was really hard to narrow down what I wanted. Weaknesses in this deck include: Card Disadvantage, No protection from removal, no way to stop an early rush... And probably a few others that will see light when I get around to playtesting a bit. If I am missing some awesomeness feel free to let me know. All I ask is that the budget is adhered to.

This may be the least constructive comment I have ever been left. I sir, applaud your blatant self-promotion. That takes a lot of 'not caring what people think of you'.
You can try Darksteel Reactor as a win condition...especially with that combo of prototype portal + energy chamber, you can get the reactor up to 20 counters in no time...Another great deck! I like it a lot :)
