I decided I wanted to make a deck revolving around Ulasht, and this is what the end result was. Very creature heavy to take full advantage of cards like Godtracker and Ulasht but this leaves it really venerable. Budget really kills this deck as all the good G/Rs cost all the moneys. But I don't doubt that this could find its way into someone's casual collection. As always suggestions are appreciated but the budget is non-negotiable.
