Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

I'd suggest running more copies of the cards you really want to use for a strategy, and getting rid of a bunch of "filler" cards. Yeah, lots of them are great cards, but not if there's only one of them. You'll probably never draw it if there's only one. Plus, it makes you stray from the focal point of a deck. Not to be a prick, but that's just how it goes, dude.

I have a few cards to suggest, just in case you decide they might be interesting or useful in your deck. It's good, but the only way to make a deck better sometimes is to experiment, so here are a few things I thought of. More Vampire Nighthawks could be fun, but that's just me. Temporal Extortion could also be interesting to try, but that might be straying from the point just a little. Corrupt or Wound Reflection could magnify the damage you do, and Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief is a pretty good Vampire card I think. Painful Quandary has nothing to do with Vampires, but it's always nice to have. Basilisk Collar gives both Lifelink and Deathtouch. Finally, Dash Hopes counters a spell unless the opponent pays 5 life. I can't say for sure whether any of these would benefit your deck in the least, and I don't mean to come across as pushy by saying all this, but personally I think these cards might add something more to a black deck like this.

I would say add a couple Mephidross Vampire and Vampire Nighthawk's. Those might help boost your other Vamps. Ok yea i like the way yours looks. I'm gonna prob try and take the best of both yours and mine to make something hopefully really good
i would keep the combo i told you about with sanguine blood it would be in my deck but i dont have the card but if you can get blood chief acension and sword of body and mind that could be a 20 life steal right there and a 10 card discard by your oponent you might want to consider it for your deck
