Deck Description

The \"Knightmare\" Deck

Simple BW Knight budget deck. Buried Alive is basically a 3 knight tutor for this deck. Just get Haakon, Stromgald Scourge and friends into your graveyard (with Peace of Mind or Buried Alive) and bring them all back with Haakon, Stromgald Scourge himself.

I have a similar deck to this. I have Wrath of God instead of Mortify and my Knights are slightly different. I also have Reanimate, but my enchantments are the same. It works pretty well. How does yours do?

Very good. Since 1) It is a budget deck, and 2) Harsh Mercy > Wrath of God in Tribal decks [My knights live and costs one white mana less) Wrath isn't in it :)

Reanimate isn't Extended legal, so its a big no-no for me.

Ever considered Knight of dusk? Certainly kills creatures in a hurry! I also greatly recommend Paladin of Prahv. You need some manner of gaining life points if you want to win in the long run. Youthful knight if you want some more cheap creatures (which I think you'll need).

I like it,, I run the Paladin of Prahv instead of the Pentarch Paladin, he is nice for removing things, but Prahv helps with life either in play or with forecast from your hand. You might consider putting in a say three spirit loops and take out a couple of the other cards that you have four of down to three and that might help with life gain. But otherwise i like it.

At Madrock:
Yes I've considered them both, but: 1) If you didn't notice, all my knights [except for Haakon] have Flanking for Calvary Master and 2) I didn't add Prahv 'cause with Haakon + Peace of Mind, every knight in my hand adds 3 to my life for one more white mana.

I like this deck a lot, as far as Knight Decks go. I wouldn't change a thing, this deck seems perfect as is. Comment my Molimo Beatdown please!

Thanks, and best of luck!
