Deck Description

I've been messing around with the standard ramp package of Cobras, Explores and Harrows to generate a lot of mana (6) on turn 3, drop a hasted Infect creature and swing in, maybe with some pump via Vines / Groundswell. VS Aggro you can surprise with a turn 3 CtM since you don't need to win quick. If you have double Harrow and still have Cobra in play on turn 3, chances are pretty good you can deliver a OHKO as long as you have 2 pump spells.

After game 1 you can board into a pretty standard ramp deck, one that can really give people fits (since they probably weren't expecting a total game plan change). If you're playing paper magic, you can really mess with people's heads since you can just shuffle the SB and MD together, than pull out the 7 win conditions you don't want to use +8 other cards and keep them guessing.
