try cutting out some swamps instead of a darksteel artifact like darksteel relic or darksteel plate to make sure your phylactery lich stays alive

You should also go with zombie infestation ... Cut a one pharaoh or something ...
I'd only run zombie infestation if you have a lot of over draw or at least graveyard recursion.
