Add black. If your goal is to mill someone down for the win, add black and go U/B. Best way to do it.

other then discard how would black help most milling potential is blue. Look at adding scalpelexis and whispersilk cloak to make sure he hits. Forced Fruition helps with milling. Memory Sluice takes 8 cards a pop with conspire. also add 2 more tramatize.
With black u could take advantage of great cards like extirpate and Underworld Dreams. Glimpse the unthinkable is great, too, but no longer standard. I don't really see u making a powerful mill for standard, but a BU does control well.

I would agree to add black if he didn't want it to be standard. Ravinca has some great black mill cards besides glimpse, Szadak and Circu come to mind. But in standard most of the better possibilities are blue, Grimoire Thief would be a good addition also add a mothdust changling to tap the thief
Very annoying deck. UGLY! I'd hate playing against this. Id take out Swans for venser though.
