Deck Description

Burn your opponant!!!!!

How to Play

Use Ensnaring bridge to remove any combat while you continue to burn and reduce your hand to zero. Sacrificing Mogg Fanatic or Vexing Devil+Brimestone Volley has great synergy. This deck also has a combo, as suggested below, hit the swan with chain of plasma, repeat the process until you have enough cards in your hand to use firestorm and discard until your opponent is dead.

I would suggest looking into Ball Lightnnings and hellsparks. Good dmg for hardly any mana.

Thanks for the suggestions, I had thought of ball lightning, but im affraid my Ensnaring bridge and portculis would get in the way.

there are a good bit of 1 mana spells that hit for 3 most of the legacy burn decks run pretty much all those plus vexing devil is actually a good idea i played a legacy burn deck that ran that last week it worked well .

if you want to put a really fun twist on this deck run 4 chain of plasma 4 swamns of burn argol( i think thats how its spelled) both cheap but when you have swans in play and target it with chain of plasma it allows you to copy the chain of plasma infinite times over allowing you to draw out your entire deck. thats also another fun deck i use to play around with back in the day

A suggestion for the sideboard, I would personally run 2 or 3 Blasphemous Act. Deal 13 damage to all creatures, nothings better than that for a board-wipe.

I would consider replacing the planeswalkers with Banefire which is a very decent finisher, drives control decks mad, and is effective and usable even without 6 mana. I would reconsider portcullis too, even though I love that card and play it everywhere I can, Breaking point will suit your needs much better I think. Repercussion is very considerable too, as a defensive enchantment (it really is - use all your burn to kill creatures while hurting the opponent too, and it is also another way for you to win against witchbane orb/leyline of sanctity )

Your deck is very nice. I think it could combo better with something like "Reckless Abandon" to go with your "Brimstone Volley". You can make room for it by possibly removing "Fireball" and "Spitting Earth" as these are late game cards and there is not late game with burn.

I see you have an answer for combat but in a burn deck card draw is often a issue. What is your plan for card draw or have you found it to not be a problem for you? "Browbeat" is a great card for burn decks for this reason.

I really like the "Vexing Devil", "Thunderous Wrath", and the "Brimstone Volley" as I haven't seen those cards, except for the "Vexing Devil" which I had forgotten about.

Either way, I like your style. Keep decking my friend.

Thanks, I've been thinking of making my side board my main board, the combination of chain plasma/ swan is too irresistible. Throw in Firestorm and its a winning situation.
