Being dual colour, Birds of Paradise would work better than Llanowar Elves, though $ birds and 2 elves mite work well here. As for the lands, I sugest looking into fetch lands (Zendikar's Verdant Catacombs, Scalding Tarn, Misty Rainforest and Arid Mesa) and dual lands that the fetches can search for (Ravnica's Stomping Ground). You caould also use one of my favourite dual lands - Fire-Lit Thicket. taking a quick look at your creatures abilities, you'll want more mana ramp for them.
Well the birds and fire+lit thicket are within my price range, but I'm not sure i want to invest all that money into the snap lands and stomping grounds just yet. At the moment this is somewhat casual but it may eventually become something i would want to invest into. And i will add a bit more ramp
