Contrary to popular belief, the name of this deck doesn't come from the Eldrazi in it. It comes from the notion that it's very slow but if it catches you, you're gonna get squashed. Fat Kid is all about using constant board wipes, and sacrificial chump blockers to stall the game out to late game where most decks can't compete. It encourages your opponent to over extend themselves trying to kill you only to lose major card advantage to a timely All is Dust. Eventually the Eldrazi show up and it's game over.
