This is the deck I took to 9th place at a local PTQ.Just built off a lot of the UWR Midrange decks. 24 lands seems better than 25 as I never flooded and only once was screwed but I still had 3 land in play. Problem was it was a mirror.With the boros charms and reckoner it plays a lot like a burn deck. The sword should be sideboarded as it was only useful against melira pod on the day, and that was just to break the stall and end the game. Even then it might not be right to have as the deck doesn't want to tap out but play like a standard flash deck
You've got to get them to 0 fast and with all the burn in the deck you'll throw a lot of it at their face. If you know what you're playing against and aren't planning to use the helix on a guy, burn their face instead. Same with a boros charm. A few times of the event I boros charm for 4 then snapcaster + boros charm for 4 again. 8 damage for 6 mana is a nice investment.
