This is actually a really really nice deck. It seems fluent enough, but might I suggest putting in more sacrificial cards, like Vamire Aristocrat? Just for the extra safety. It seems you're rolling with the Eldrazi Spawning quite a bit, so I suggest putting a Skittering Invasion in. Also, maybe an It that Betrays would help, seeing as it could bring the cards you sacrificed back onto the field. Overall, I think it's a really nice deck.

Thank you for the comments. I appreciate the advice. I used to run a similar deck with the Vampire Aristocrats but I want to keep this standard. I can't remember the name of the card but there is a card coming out for M12 that has a similar ability as the Bloodthrone so that would take the place of the Aristocrat. Skittering Invasion and It That Betrays are great suggestions and I will sideboard those. I think I might take out the Tezzeret's Gambits for Gensis Wave.
