This is fairly straitforward, for a control deck. Step 1: Exile opponent's cards and heckle them with weeniesStep 2: Tap opponent's creatures with Blinding drone, Cryptic cruiser, and Adverse Conditions. Step 3: Cast Conduit of Ruin, stacking Void Winnower on top. Step 4: Cast Void Winnower. Tap opponent's creatures, make yours unblockable, and release the hounds.
Cryptic Cruiser is a key card in this deck. There are 16 cards that exile for him and being able to use his ability as an instant is a distinct advantage. The cards in this deck, directly or indirectly, are mainly tapping other creatures until Void Winnower comes out.
