This is a deck that makes the most out of hellbent cards through cards like Avaricious Dragon and generally emptying your hand. I included a good mix of converted mana costs so you can play all your cards easily.
This deck's best matchup is against aggro, but it does decently against control as well. Avoid playing Jagged Poppet early on (except against control), because you will end up discarding your whole hand. That's why it's only a two-of. Play Avaricious Dragon later on as well.Keldon Megaliths is a great card to have out on the battlefield when you draw, say, a Mountain and a Gobhobbler Rats.
