Lock your opponents down with Winter Orb early on. Tap their lands with Mishra's Helix and Icy Manipulator. You can get your mana through Sol Ring or Calendabra of Tawnos + Tolarian Academy, which gives you infinite mana. Tinker to get out a Colossus, which is your primary win condition. There are plenty of opportunities to hard cast them also. If you draw a Colossus or Tinker in your opening hand, you can consistently get a Colossus out by turn 5. (When I was playtesting this on TappedOut, I got a Blightsteel Colossus out on turn 1 when I drew Tolarian Academy, Sol Ring, Mox Sapphire, and Tinker.)
