I'd drop to 4x Plains and Islands and add 3x Moorland Haunt and Inkmoth Nexus. The Haunts will allow you to create spirit tokens after a board sweep if you can't find a Titan, or under a lot of pressure from opponents' creatures. Inkmoth basically puts a timer on the game and serves as an alternate wn condition. You can also keep pinging away with Inkmoths while you continually boardsweep/counter/control with your spells.

Also, I'd stick the Images in the sodeboard for 3x copies of Snapcaster mage. You can always SB the Images back in game two for the Mirror match or something.
