Deck Description

A powerful and fast Merfolk control deck. Use Stonybrook Banneret to play merfolks faster. Use Merrow Reejerey to untap your lands as you play merfolks. Make all your Merfolks unblocakble with Lord of Atlantis and Aquitecy's Will. Make your Merfolks UBER strong with Door of Destinies and Darting Merfolk. Levitation will fix the flying problem my deck used to have. Merrow Commerce will make your Merfolk always untap at the end of turn, make them ready for an attack. Use opposition with Merrow Commerce to tap unwanted permanents your opponent has.

Deck discussion for Merfolk's Dominion

I really liked the idea of the aquitect's will/lord of atlantis combo when i was first working on the deck idea, but sadly the islandwalk didn't fit with where i was going. looks very solid though. door of destinies on turn four probably gets you the win next turn or two if you have the right cards.

Darting merfolk + Door of destinies = massive joy. By constantly bouncing it back to my hand and playing it freely with Stonybrook Banneret and Merrow Reejery, it's just a constant grow for potentially unblockable creatures :-) Definatelly one of my favorite deck to play.

Very nice deck. My friend has a merfolk deck that gains life, that could also be a possibility with another merfolk deck. But that door of destinies is a nice touch to get creatures out on the board.
