Ok, this is a bit of a rogue brew and may want help, suggestions welcome.

Hey, I like the deck but I find some things to change.

Guttural response is a sideboard, not mainboard card.
lotus bloom is too slow being on the earliest turn 4
welding jar only protects charbelcher- pact of negation is better for this purpose
why not run 2-4 lands to ramp up
why not use magus of the vineyard

But still really good deck and maybe check out my build

That is true but we have a slow late game so 1 a turn does not matter to us, but 1 mana helps. But I understand your point, changing right now. Thanks

Nice Cruel Control, I like the amount of control you have. I suggest taking out 1 Island and 3 Mana Leak to put in 3 Mulldrifter and another Kolaghan's Command to have Kolaghan's more consistently and Mulldrifter to get Cruel Ultimatum into your hand faster.

I really like the idea, I think flickerwisp will make the deck even better though with its trolly ability.

I was thinking about replacing nova chaser with that earlier. Good call

Smart budget build. Really similar to non-budget besides land base. I would add Ally Encampment though. It is a land that produces any colour for allies and only costs $2.5 or less each (I picked up a foil playset for $16) otherwise I am really happy.

I really like the build. I would add pact of negation in case you got the combo and you can win in one turn but it is going to be countered/ destroyed.
