Would usually rate this at somewhere around 6.7, but I LOVE playing blue simply to tick people off. Pendrell Flux is perhaps the most amusingly evil enchantment I've seen other than call to the grave, or protection circles... Keep on with the evil blue, it's people like you who make me think maybe I should take the time and actually put my espers on here. On the deck making note, I got nothing... The evil is simply frying my brain trying to list all the ways I could break this deck into an even more cruel design. Spend a day, and twenty bucks, and this deck will become the most broken thing I've seen.
