The only problem i see is that you have a couple singles. Lets say you get in a pinch and you need the right card...chances go down if you have alot of singles that youll draw the right card! The mana curve and mana base are very concerning to me. Consider finding a way to reduce the splicer count so that you can increase the reliability and consistency of the deck. That way, you have better luck seeing what you need when you need it. Should you get a chance, please comment on my Probing time deck ( http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=344642 ). Any help would be much appreciated.
Great deck the only thing that i could see helping is magnetic flux youve got the artifacts migt as well make them fly sometimes
