early mind stones and cartographers will help us ramp mana, later on stone can be sac to draw a card and cartographer will trigger ( most likely) multiple landfalls, so they still relevant .
Use removal to survive early until you get a blasting station out sou you can start saccing all those tokens from emeria angel and retreats ( if needed).

The deck features a combo of:

1. Emeria Shepher.
2. Blasting station.
3. Kor Cartographer

And works as follow:

Have Shepherd and blasting station out and cast cartographer( or play a plains if you hve a dead cartographer) Cartographer will search a plains and put it on the BF. With shepherd trigger on stack, sac the cartographer to deal 1 dmg to opponent, then bring back cartographer with the Shepherd. repeat until you run out of plains or deal enough damage to opponent (we usually assemble this with 6 or 7 mana sources out, so that leaves 14 plains or so to search for ). If we have any landfall token generator out ( emeria angel, retreat to emeria) we will have enough tokens to sac for lethal damage. Or swing for lethal with any flying strata scythe wielder.

Some -out of budget- recomendations ( or if you dont mind taking this outside modern):

* Solemn simulacrum in place of cartographer ( same body, same effect, with a drawing bonus)
*Swords to plowshares in place of Condemn ( more reliant)
*Oversoul of dusk in place of voice of all ( bigger. protection from multiple colors)
* Auriok champion ( for tons of life gain, protection against aggro and a nice strata wielder)
