My intent at building a deck around Pyromancer´s goggles.This is focused on a discard /madness engine to search for the cards we need while taking advantage of it.Instead of trying to copy big burn spells with the goggles a single time, we will try to copy a cheap one multiple times.If my interpretation of the goggles ability is correct, the mana generated by it is the one that carries the copy trigger, not the artifact itself, so we will try to untap the goggles multiple times so we can uspend all that mana on a single spell to copy it multiple times
Build up mana with artifacts so we can cast the goggles ASAP, we also want to cast mind over matter to untap the goggles x times, then use that mana on a single spell to copy it x times as well (or as many as we can due to cost restrictions).Wild research will help us find Mind over matter and the instants we need.If goggles , wild research and MoM are on the battlefield we do the following:Tap goggles to add R, discard a card with MoM to untap goggles, add R again, repeat until you have no cards in hand (we only need RR from goggles, but more is OK), search for the lone Increasing vengeance with the wild research... discard it, then search for a fiery temper, discard it and pay its madness cost, use the floating mana from gogles to cast Increasing vengeance from graveyard targeting F. Temper, this will copy the spell 6 times, so 7x3dmg = 21dmg.By spending all 5 mana from goggles into the vengeance you can copy a single spell 10 times. Have fun
