You seem to be missing a few cards; decks are only legal if they have 60 or more cards. Also you might want to look at some one-cost slivers to really get the game moving fast, faster is always better. Some good 1-drops are Striking sliver, Sidewinder sliver, and Galerider sliver. Speaking of slow, Sliver Overlord may be a magnificent and overpowered card, but if you're not playing EDH, it's just going to be super slow. I would suggest switching it out with Sliver Legion: Sliver Legion gives immediate benefits and can win you the game on the spot. The last thing I would suggest is some more mana fixing. I mean there are just so many different ways to mana-fix that I could never give you advice, you just have to pick it on your own. Some good ones are chromatic lantern, duel lands, and bant lands, but again, there are just so many I can't tell you what the right option is.
