nice deck! with all that spare mana you really can do whatever you want can't you? i might look into a red sun's zenith, or blaze... infinite damage is always fun! xD

The first combo I saw using the infinite mana for a win condition? Mana + Spawnsire + whatever Eldrazi you feel are appropriate (Emrakul, Ulamog, Kozilek, etc) = a board full of annihilating monsters. I'm not sure how quickly you could pull that combo off, but a flood of Eldrazi appeals to me personally. Like Alzorius said, adding Red Sun's Zenith might be fun too. And because of Khalni Gem, you wouldn't have to splash any red mana in. This deck idea intrigues me. I'll look around and see if I can figure out other win conditions or cool combos that would work with infinite mana.
