So, you tap for mana while they get hurt every turn...just remember to tap during your turn. All of these spells (except Grand Abolisher) use only one colored mana, so casting them shouldn't be a problem.

Why would you ever play wall of torches. It's horrible! cut it for something more useful.
I run a little bit of a variant on this idea but with mainly white with mesa enchantress and gideon. The only red I even run in the main deck is the mana barbs, quest for pure flame, and and goblin war paint. I also run 2X Gideon's lawkeeper, Honor of the Pure, Journey to Nowhere, Pacifism, Suture Priest, Wall of Omens, Timely reinforcements, Auromancer, Gideon's Avenger, Mesa Enchantress, Day of Judgement, Gideon Jura, plus 4X Squadron Hawks. The barbs/Santcuary/Priest/Avenger all out at once is almost a total game stopper. Let me know what you think.
