I notice you have 2 Terramorphic Exapanse in your deck. I like the theme, but those cards will do nothing seeing as you don't have a single basic land in the whole deck. I'd replace those with mana gaining lands.

Personally, I'd lean a bit away from the amount of instants/sorceries you have. There are tons of creatures in the Ravnica block that work incredibly for what you're trying to accomplish.

I'd list some, but there are so many ways to build with this theme.

I'm not quite done with that deck, but there are quite a few interesting creatures that I bet you'd love for your deck in replacement for the creatures that don't fit with the theme at all

I've got a few creature suggestions to help you out.

Belltower Sphinx, Circu, Dimir Lobotomist, and Szadek, Lord of Secrets.

You've got a pretty good start though

It is pretty consistent. The theme of the deck is land retrieval. There are power cards from all over thanks to card collecting for the last 10 years which is probably where you think it's inconsistent.

You do realize that if your opponent goes first it's considered a turn 1 win right?

Turn 0 is only if you can win WITHOUT your opponent going
