I think that mana leak is straight better than revolutionary rebuff.and I am not sure what sedraxis specter does for you here...other than that this looks interesting.

Price is why Mana leak isn't in the deck. This is a $25 budget. Specter is great to unearth for spare damage when I can't find Lore.
