The basic combo is that you attatch Basilisk Collar, Quietus Spike, or Gorgon Flail to Goblin Sharpshooter, or another card with a ping ability to kill all of oponents creatures. Notice that if you attach it to Goblin Sharpshooter you can kill all of your opponent's creatures in one turn. This deck works well in 2-headed Giant, against an Archenemy, and against creature decks, although it is not recomended for 1vs1 because there isn't a very good way to deal damage to your opponents, however in can do very well. The Arcanis the Omnipotent was added because of the bad mana curve, and is very helpfull to make each of your turns productive. also the molten influence helps in the field of damage, which this deck seems to be slightly lacking in.
