Equip Basilisk Collar or Gorgon Flail to any of the multitude of cards with ping. Goblin Sharpshooter is great because with deathtouch he can wipe the entire board. Crushing Pain or Lightning Bolt are really nifty with Izzet Guildmage. With ping, Crushing Pain, and Izzet Guildmage you can deal 13 damage to a creature. This deck does really well in 1 vs. 1 and in multiplayer because with Goblin Sharpshooter you can remove all of your opponents' creatures at once.
