vampire deck for a friend, it was made with all the vamps he had and i wanna help him fix it but he wants to fix it under 10 dollars. it works really good but still needs more improvement

you need to get more zendikar & worldwake vampires for power and some corrupts, feast of blood, and urge to feed, maybe blood tribute if he can get at least 2

Just glancing at this deck, you need to drop the stuff that isn't a vampire, that's obvious.
