This is a standard black/blue focusing on the the Dimir guild. It needs some tightening and focusing, your thoughts are much appreciated.
Creatures with evasion attack, use the Mortus Strider and Wights for defense early. Ciphering should only be on fliers and unblockables. Once your get undercity plague and Hidden strings out you should be able to control the board and waltz your way to victory. Milling options are the secondary win condition.
