This week I ran my blue white Sphinx control with some more modifications. Honestly I did not expect it to do any better since I have yet to get my Day of Judgments, but I was wrong. Game 1: I lost due to one reason, Lifegain. Soul Sister's was the culprit and the Lifegain saved it from my Sphinx. Both games i dealt 25 plus damage,but life gain saved the guy. Consequently, I was the only win he had that night. Game 2: Vampires!!! Obviously wasn't good enough and this deck had all the best vampire cards you can have and I still destroyed it going 2-0 for the win. Funny thing was I had the one day of judgment I use in my hand both games and never had to use it. Game 3: A young player that still has a long way to go so I am not going to down his deck at all. 2-0 Game 4: Best game of the night!!! Mono green creature based, Match one was long buthe just couldn't kill me fast enough because of my creature control. Me 1-0. Match 2 I dominated the whole game then he drops Eldrazi Monument and even with and army I was able to bounce the monument back to his hand and bring him down to 3 life before being finished. 1-1. Match 3 was a lot quicker as I was able to get 2 Sphinxes to the board and use the Djinn to wish for a second Djinn. 2-1 me. Overall record 3-1 Prize Cards: Pack 1: I got a Silence Pack 2: Leyline of Anticipation Pack 3: Primeval Titan ( I called it before I opened the pack, everyone freaked) I am satisfied how this deck played and I am using it again this friday.
