I have been playing Grixis in standard for a while having amazing results. I decided to drop as much of the scars block and m12 cards for innistrad and m13, so rotation doesn't hurt it as bad. Also by doing this it means that what ever return to ravnica provides the the U/R/B scheme can only benefit the deck.
