This a blue green ally mill. What i want to do is produce a lot of mana then drop a halimar and a kicked rite of rep for instant win.

Deck discussion for G/U Ally Mill(help)

I have a similar deck, same goal. I found that removing ALL comes into play lands help immensely. They often cause me to go off a turn later than if I'd just have had regular lands.

I would recommend switching Tajuru Archer with Seagate Loremaster. Loremaster will let you pull the allies you need faster and you will be able to play them with your Harabaz Druid. I have a similar deck and find that it really does work.

yeah, drop the pumas and the archers and put in the loremasters, might add a couple of spellbooks, or reliquary towers.

and you should have a full playset of both unsummon, and call to heel.

You probably should throw in hedron crabs instead of pumas because you already have the landfall setup with your evolving wilds and Khalni hearts. out citadels for rainforests if possible but i know how hard it is to get them.
