T2 mono blue deck. (Hint MUUUU) I am a big fan of blue so I naturally want a blue deck. So far this has been doing pretty well, but I would like to make it more competitive.

this is pretty sweet :) i think i would add Vedalken Certarch and maybe a Contagion Clasp, and get 4 of the magnet, the chalice and sphere. i think you can drop the narcolepsy. good luck
