you need to cut bad moon since rats pump themselves and use thrumming stone. Instead of demonic use diabolic so it's legal.
All you need for this deck is Relentless Rats, Swamps, and Thrumming Stone. And a good sense of humor when someone hits you with Cranial Extraction on turn one.

I think coat of arms would be good, and also, take out bad moon and demonic tutor, switch out the tutor for diabolic tutor and the bad moon for more rats. Interesting deck, though.
