You need to add Vampire Nocturnus, take out the Hexmages to add him. Also, you need more spells like Duress. Also, drop the Guul Draz, you need to add the Bloodghasts. I know those are both expensive, but you have to have those if you want a winning Vampire deck. Bloodghast is a blocker, he dies he comes back and it keeps going around and around. The deck is good for just fooling around though. I have 4 different Vampire decks under my profile, you could check them out for the cards I mentioned.
And also stick to 20 land, it is aggro so your good at 20.
