well this is a very interesting idea. but it needs a lil more focus to really make it insane.the deck needs to loose 20 cards first of all. ur mana curve is insanly high as well. i would drop some land to maybe 24 or so depending on prefereance. a blue deck normaly wont need more than that. u also lack some counterspells to get ur fattys out. personaly to focus more on the chanceller, i would deff make room for some jace's errasure. u have a lot of draw cards which means everytime u draw, they will be milled. just some ideas for ya.

I have cut this down to 60 cards now and added 2 errasures. i think this should work a lot better than previously. thanks for the suggestions.
